I want to warmly welcome you and commend you for exploring counseling options. I know life presents inevitable hardships, and sometimes, these hardships can be difficult to understand or overcome. Please know you are not alone. My ultimate privilege and honor is to support and guide you when life becomes challenging and overwhelming.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience in providing help for children and adolescents with behavior concerns, addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, and school performance. I also work with adults who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and crisis. My ultimate aim is to help clients recognize their value and the success they can achieve in life.

Christian biblical teachings serve as a foundation for my therapeutic work. I am passionate about using research-based cognitive-behavioral and strength-based models to provide healing, understanding, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. I work to give clients access to a safe and nonjudgmental environment so they can experience the freedom to explore themselves and their thoughts, find healing, and gain a new and brighter perspective.
